Is there a bug or something where keys ahve stopped dropping or something...?

I don't think the key chance really resets all that reliably at the end of month unless your last game got you a key and you played 0 more games before your reset date. I think it gets stuck on the key chance of th elast key for your previous period of time, and then your key drop chance just drops from there from your previous month.
