No, the thing is that Riot committed to skipping the Harrowing and Halloween all together. Then they copped a lot of backlash. Now they're regretting it and doing what they should have done in the first place but now it has no meaning.

lol .... I still remember the Fathers Day weekend Draven patch including the promised 1k RP to all players for how badly they f'd up that patch and literally shut down the game for two days and for some people up to four days even.
