Captains no longer get 3 bans in ranked

Interested to see the changes this time around. S4 and S5 are completely different so it will be interesting to see if they go that dramatic with S6/

Maybe team votes for three bans? Would be interesting.

Because of the constantly expanding champion pool, it would make sense to go to 4 bans for each side. Voting would be nice, but I suspect that'll make the pick/ban phase last even longer.
