iv been debaiting on buying him for a while now but i only got to play him once, during nemesis draft no less and a single game dosent give me enough time to decied if i like playing him or not.
i seriously want to know when the last time he was in the free roatation i heard it was some time during season 3...
He was deliberately removed from the free rotation algorithm a while ago if I am not mistaken.
he isnt good, he lacks any mobility, so that sucks for this meta. he isnt getting an update soon maybe end of the month or later? but thats after mf,gp,ekko,popy,darius and everyone else. None the less i bought him played a little and left him.
Honestly, buying him isn't a bad Idea. He almost never loses in lane if your smart, and he can be quite helpful in the teamfight phase. Say you ult your adc right before they die, then they have a few more seconds to make some serious plays. But ya, he was taken out of the free rotation under the words of him being too toxic.
He is never in the free rotation now. He is considered too toxic, so Riot doesn't let him be free. That is what I read somewhere. He is a lane bully and very hard to win lane against for most champs. Watch the champion spotlight on him to learn more.
