Most good Yasuo players play with that skin while the bad Yasuo players play with the PROJECT skin or without a skin. I've seen very few players with the Blood Moon skin.
I know that skin has nothing to do with how someone play a champion, but it seems like most good Yasuo players choose to play the High Noon skin

I've heard that base and high noon are usually the better ones.
That's likely due to that being his release skin, so it could be a slightly higher chance that they have played him longer
My favorite one is Blood moon. I feel like PROJECT is too clunky.
The reason it seems like that is because most of the people who use project, only bought yasuo when project came out. Most of the people who use highnoon bought the bundle when the champ came out.
Now personally, I prefer Project, even with its clunkiness, as it helps me keep track of myself in team fights because it's so flashy
