Yes, a bunch of things that were listed in that leak ended up being true. No, that does not mean everything will be true. As far as we know, some of the skins listed might've been in the Concept Phase when that leak dropped, and will end up getting canceled. We really have no way of knowing.

To be fair, the leak was really specific with some things (like the Zac rework and new champs) and has been scarily accurate. Would be really funny though if whoever leaked it just through in some bullshit somewhere.
The thing is, a lot of the leaked items are so far out, they could get nixed completely or changed. I personally DO NOT WANT EVER Star Guardian Ezreal (TARIC NEEDS IT FIRST) and I think the Angelblade Riven and Demonblade Yasuo skins sound absolutely stupid.
PSA we've seen leaks such as this before. they've had virtually all upcoming comment within x timeframe.
