It's not necessarily even their skill level that annoys me, it's their attitudes. I don't know how people that immature and arrogant even exist... and then somehow they get into Gold? Or is Gold just the new Silver?

Yeah, that's the opposite extreme. I would actually much rather be versing challengers than have a scumbag on my team making the game miserable.

As I alluded in my original post, Gold is really the new Silver since the addition of the Challenger and Master Tiers. It's a melting pot of players who shouldn't be there (i.e. players who got carried there and aren't really that good, and players who should be banned for their attitude in game), players who have champion mechanics but lack game knowledge, and really experienced players like myself who are either unlucky when they do play ranked, or just don't play ranked that much.
