Who do you normally ban in ranked?

i wouldnt say tahm is ban worthy only because he is very reliant on a good team comp good communication or luck, i played him in the jungle (i won 4/3/9) but in the early game i asked a support to come in the jungle with me so i can ult while the enemy bot lane pushed in lol i ulted and he just stood next to me for a couple seconds then the adc started almost dieing so i just reactivated my ult and tried to save the situation but the enemy bot lane killed me the adc and support/ my normal bans would be ekko gragas and the 3rd one i leave up to the team, the only reason i ban ekko is because he is a very strong laner that can dive you without consequent and gragas has the raw stats of a monster with the percent hp full tank gank early mid late, he is kinda ridiculous right now. vayne is a good ban tho cause either the enemy team plays like gods or your team plays her like shit x.x
