The 4 who stay and finish the game when they have a leaver should get bonus IP

Like at least double the IP that they would get from that game. If two people leave (aka a duo, then the remaining 3 get even more bonus IP, maybe even 25-50 RP)

Its so toxic when someone just refuses to be positive or productive in a team game and then quits when they go 0-2 by 9 minutes

meanwhile the other 4 who probably don't even know him get screwed out of their time and, if its ranked, their LP or promotion series. (Srsly, why is it that leavers always know when its your promos?)

Also, tag in that if the leaver is dou'd or partied with multiple people on their team, then their duo partner gets 50% less IP.

Punishing leavers obviously doesn't work, 4+ seasons of that strategy has lead to literally nothing, how about trying to compensate those that suffer through it, and not with meaningless rewards like honor, but actual tangible things.

Just a thought Riot. Anyone else agree?
