How long do we have to connect to facebook and claim the free Mystery Champion?

Here's my situation: I already have every champion unlocked. Right now, a mystery champion yields nothing for me.

But a new southern-fried catfish champion is on the way, and when he releases I will have something available to unlock. But River King won't be out for a few months yet most likely.

So, out of curiosity, can I wait on claiming the free mystery champion until River King releases? Or does it need to be claimed during the Pool Party week?

if you own all the champs you'll get a mystery skin instead.

You don't claim it at all. It will get distributed to your account next patch if you signed up for the facebook feature by midnight 6/28.

I haven't received the champ yet and I linked my account to Facebook. When do we get the new champion?
