Why are Promos always the absolute Worst?

So, In my history of ranked, I have NEVER had an easy time with my promos. Right now, I just finished losing my 3rd promos from silver to Gold. It doesn't matter how easily I climb up to my promos, I always end up getting the ABSOLUTE WORST teams during my promos. I always get ragers, feeders, afks, General unskilled players that don't belong anywhere NEAR the MMR I'm at, and it keeps costing me my Promos.

I have been sitting in at or near my promos from silver to gold since Season 5 started pretty much. No matter what I do, I can't catch a break.

It doesn't matter if I wait several days before attempting them, Taking breaks, stopping after a loss and only playing NOrmals, Nothing I do allows me to win my promos and advance to Gold.
