What's the point in releasing all of the Halloween content now?
It has NO meaning. It just makes me miss the build-up of Halloween and reminds me of how little Riot cared about their community throughout the course of this year.

Yeah, they didn't care at all. Ignore Pool Party, The Kassadin skin, free random skin for good behavior, and anything else. Yup, you're right, they didn't do anything for the community at all this year.
I mean i'm glad that they finally decided to make them available, but i'm still dissapointed that they decided to play favorites when they could have at least unlocked the legacy halloween skins from the vault during october. :\
