Is it just me or is rek'sai really bad.

I'm not sure where you are getting 42% win rate from, but champion.gg has her win rate at 48.4%.

She's quite fine. She just requires more planning and map awareness than most Bronze, Silver and Gold players possess, which drags her win-rate down at those ELOs.

Considering how valuable her tremor sense, mobility and global ultimate are when used properly, I'm not seeing any issues with her having a lower than average win rate when used by less skilled players.

Try building her:

• Strength of the Ages (12/0/18 or 6/6/18)
• Boots of Swiftness or Ninja Tabi or Mercury Treads with Alacrity
• Warrior (Any work, but I prefer Tracker's Knife since you can safely place deep wards)
• Titanic Hydra or Black Cleaver (depending on the enemy team, situation and preference)
• Deadman's Plate
• Spirit Visage

she was nerfed to the ground, so yeah, she's garbage. knock-up bot. i used to play her a lot, not that much now :(

Good imo Strong top laner getting Q first, gaining max fury and getting 150 true damage level 2 is broken. Then buying any sort of AD boosts her a ton so get a little and full tank after Frozen Mallet or Black Cleaver She also has a free teleport top level 6 so you can gank other lanes with TP and ult back top which most champions can't do. As well as tunnels taking half a minute of setup to get free escapes from 90%+ junglers (Includes Udyr, Evelynn but maybe not a Sejuani)

thats because riot took a shit on her dmg because they dont know how to fix their shit, shes a god tier pick in competitive because of map presence,easy knock ups and mostly, free vision, but typical riot, nerf whats not the reason its picked and affect soloQ more than competitive

more examples ? was lux OP for her shields or her almost point and click E +AA that procs thunder lord or her 40 sec massive range, damage ultimate was kench OP for his R passive damage or his 25 % hp flat dmg on W, or his 2nd health bar was ahri OP for her charm stopping dashes ? or her true dmg, or free movement speed steroid while already having 3 dashes
