Being in my promo series...and getting a dude that is on a 5 game losing streak that is still in provisionals. Why do you do this rito?

Wouldn't that be an encouraging thing? If he's losing so much, then match making is going to do its best to try and give him a match he can win. Which means the opponents would be much easier than normal. Which means you lucked out. So you should be thanking him.
I've played with a Kassadin that has a 6% winrate in ranked, in my promos... I've since left the the only division where that is possible without being boosted...
