A suggested fix for LEAVERS!! Pick-Up Queue

No one likes leavers. Nothing is worse than having a game that is going great suddenly go upside down because someone left on your team.

I know it is not always the leavers fault. Problems like: internet connection, computer issues, and sometimes life keep us from finishing a game.

My suggestion is that once a player leaves a vote box will appear. Vote to allow a sub to enter the game. After 1 minute of a player leaving the game without attempting to reconnect, a player that has already queued up for "Pick-Up" will resume play where the last player left off. The reward being that players who chose to do this will receive the full IP amount for the game.
