Well, apparently it's a thing from a technical standpoint.
Nobody said those tips have to be 100% usable in the game.
His E has AP scalings.
Well, I mean, it's technically true.
To be fair, ADCs typically want to build one defensive item. I can see it being somewhat useful in some... extremely situational... situations.
