it's not even the tryhards that i'm mad about, its the try-nots that ruin the game. When u consistently get players who go 0/14, it makes it a little bit un-fun.

Well, there's the people that didn't want it - and they trash talk it, and then there are people who wanted it, who play it and enjoy it, maybe there is someone who thinks oh yay Urf, oh wait we don't get to ban all the super op shit, this is no fun.
