It's kinda like when Brofresco/Redmercy pointed out the "Eye" in the top-right corner of the other teaser. It's really vague but Lee has nothing to do with it they would never put Lee in intentionally.

Lee Sin looked up to the clouds and saw the shape of a dragon, but he wasn't too sure.

He hit his Q to get better vision of it, but Lee Sin syndrome caused him to activate his Q again, but Aurelion is too fast for him to catch up and Lee Sin has been stuck ever since.

Lee Sin is actually Shyvana's Dad and Aurellions brother. They're held off on the rework because it entails having him morph into a dragon for some "Super Dragon Fist" attack. Sounds like it'd break the game.
