Chroma sale ever again?

So im one of those people with 20.000+ ip and nothing to spend it on literally. I have every champion, and more than enough runes to fill all my rune pages 5 times over. So when is the next chroma sale going to be??? I know you said there would be two chroma ip sales a year, sadly there was only one chroma ip sale last year, and its been about 6 months from the last sale so when is the next one going to happen? or are you changing your mind about providing something for players to spend their ip on now riot??? if anyone has a link to a rioter recently answering this question please comment down below. if you have 20,000+ to spend and nothing to spend it on also comment down below.
