And guess who is the number 1 offender . I honestly don't think its fair that when annie dies, granted that rarely happens, that her bear fucking turns into a rape machine and butt fucks you. Please nerf the bear rage its not fair. She just rocket belts in full combos you, and if you somehow manage to kill her, the bear wrecks you.

Kennen, vlad, zac, annie, eve. Ive even seen veigar and velkoz use it. So not really 2 champs huh. There are more

Do you know what Abyssal is?

Build it and laugh as you out-trade her and easily survive her all-in. Especially if you're going any form of HP option with it.

Hextech rocket belt is PERFECT for Diana. Kennen, Vlad, Ekko (in paper), Fizz, and quite a few others use it effectively too...
