Draven Day is not bad
Like the title says, its not bad. i actually like it sure the joke is a bit old but i'm sure all of us wondered what League would of looked like if Draven was in charge.
Does this mean Draven Day doesn't suck? Well no, it was really really lackluster.
The big two things going against Draven Day is the fact many people regard April first as URF Day as well it being an old joke. And even then it being an old joke isn't a really good reason to why it sucks. No the real reason why it sucks is they didn't take it far enough.
They should of made everything Draven.
- All icons are Draven Icon
- Turrets fire spinning axes and have Draven's face
- All free rotating champions should be Draven
- Replace all champion splashes with Draven's face photo-shopped in
- Replace all the champion's name with Draven( making the real Draven be spelled Draaaven)
- As well make the announcer be Draven
There is so much potential for this event that Riot has failed to capitalized on. I like Draven Day for two reasons,
- It has alot of potential and shows that Riot has more ideas for April first rather than just URF.
- Its April first, Draven Day has the spirit of the day!
Honestly all these people complaining about URF not being here are those who aren't patient. Need I remind you we will be getting URF two times this year! TWO TIMES!
All I can say to those who are complaining about Draven Day is that if it was any other day you would of enjoyed it or gotten a giggle or even a laugh. Those who actually enjoy Draven Day kudos to you guys, never forget the spirit of the day. As for you Riot, i'm glad to see you try something new rather than give what the people expect(especially on the day where expectations are thrown out the window). My only advice to you Riot, go big or go home, ya DIG?
