How to teach someone how to farm.
My Brothers level 30 but I hate playing with him because he has no clue how to last hit minions. I know I'm not perfect at it either but he is honestly terrible at doing it.

Play a custom game (no other players), play under the rule that you can attack minions unless it is a last hit (you'll know when it is successful if he gets gold). Once your brother can reliably last hit 4-5 minions every creep wave, move to 2.

Play a bot game, same rule except for you can also attach enemy champions. Major difference between 2 and 1 is that there was no pressure from enemy champions in 1. Bots are easy and apply light pressure, and will teach how to flow with and against lane pressure and cs. Once again, once he can reliably kill 4-5 minions per wave, move to step 3.

Play a custom with him, but with you on the other team. Apply moderate pressure so he gets use to being harassed while trying to CS. If he's having a hard time, ease on the pressure until he can get use to it (then slowly apply more).
