Can you make Yellow trinket better?

Here's my point: You can have 3 stealth wards on map at one time. Using Yellow trinket, you don't even get to that point. You can only place 1 pink on the map at a time, so that means you can only have like 2 wards on the map for the majority of the game.

For the majority of the game, the CD is much much higher than how long the ward last. So you can't really get two on the map. Also, pink doesn't count towards that 3, so you never get 3.
