How do people not learn from their deaths?

I'm only in Bronze/Silver, but really? I mean, it seems like a pretty basic fundamental of the game. Playing in my elo, it feels like people have no clue what to do when they die.

Get killed trying to duel the enemy adc? Probably should build a little bit of armor so they don't wreck you. Got ganked by the Hecarim while you had your lane pushed? Probably should invest in a pink ward. You were warded but still got ganked and killed? TRY LOOKING AT YOUR MINIMAP ONCE EVERY FEW SECONDS You got ruined by a hard counter and now you're 0/3? Just don't even bother trying to carry unless you're a late game hypercarry. Just build tanky and make yourself easy to carry. The less you die, the less the rest of the team suffers because of you.
