Riot please, when are you going to fully uphold the Summoner Code?

The Summoner's Code

Refusing To Communicate, Perhaps not for not talking a lot in game but two behavior issues that need to be looked at, instead of just dealing with false reports by your automated systems, and chat toxicity in game.

1.) Players who do not talk in champion select, This happens a huge percent of my games even when I am first pick, I ask the team "What is the team composition" "What Champions are you all playing in this game" You get Zero answers, especially when and if I am playing a bottom lane role as a support which can have a huge impact on a game played correctly when specific champions are picked around a team correctly, or which can result in feeding a bot lane due to no communication if either player has no idea what they are doing.

2.) The players who don't listen when a player who has pick order is called a troll by their team and told to go play (X) Location after being said by (X) player in chat they are not playing at X Location.

3.) Junglers who just run in peoples lanes and intentionally get themselves, or their mates killed despite a lane that was going well before they showed up, this is the biggest in game communication issue I personally experience, common sense.

Your lane you are ganking.

. The enemy is at full health . Your teammate does not have any skill that can bind or slow down the enemy . You played something like Riven Jungle

But you just run into the lane without typing into chat what the plan is, or letting your lane player call it especially when the champion you are playing is not listed as a jungler, or an assassin and you do not think there is a chance to get a secured kill you should always confirm this first, or type into chat you are just going in to damage the enemy.

Bottom Line I find no excuse for the ignorance of others in games just ruining games with toxicity because they can't talk at champion select when a clear question is asked, "The Summoners Code" Should be upheld starting here at least at champion select when it comes to refusing to communicate, and reports filed.

I don't think Riot is ever going to consider electing not to use the chat option as a punishable action. Chatting is not - and I think should not - be a requirement to play.

Unskilled player I can understand no reason to report this.

However if they are not going to punish these jerks who come into games I play wasting my RL time because they can't talk and making games go badly because of Zero comms, they might as well remove Rule #1 of the summoners code and re-write the whole thing or just leave certain parts in am I right?

3 games in a row same issue in every game two games in a row despite players arguing about pick order and not paying attention to the fact I was first, and second pick in two games and called troll totally tossing both games off, and a 3rd which someone dogged because my bot lane player could not talk at all, and 3 other players auto locked things totally throwing off everything.

It honestly doesn't matter if its Normal Draft, or Gold V / Gold IV players they do the same stuff up to that rank because I was Bronze V last season I went to Silver I promos and won 2 out of like 5 games I think it was got trolled a lot had gold IV players in my game.

You talks they reported you, now if you don't talks....Kids still want to reported you. I've been play this game since season 1 and the most you will get out of me in a game is "GG" or pings.

Yep almost every game tonight I have encountered players who just refuse to talk in champion select, and everyone who screws up the team composition comes out and tells me "Its just normals" Well I don't get it because the same thing happens in ranked up to gold IV, and Riot does nothing about it, no doubt I get reported every one of them despite muting everyone in the games where toxicity started at champion select.
