Malefic Visions dealt killing blows, which caused it to be refreshed upon being transfered, Baron helped with getting them low by doing Baron things, Malefic Visions bounces to Baron kills it then bounces to Orianna and Malzahar gets a penta + baron. Oh he also got two Heimierdinger turrets as well which could have helped in spreading his oh so iconic Space Aids. That was one HELL of a well placed Melefic Visions done by that Malzahar.
