Indeed, OP of that has deleted their threads, so you can't see it anymore.
But Keyru has said (before the thread got taken down) the following are not punishable in itself;
That thread was more about the OP trying to spin a story that he didn't troll and didn't do anything wrong, but Riot came out and showed their side of information and why they believe the punishment for trolling was justified.
EDIT: Then again Ada, you know about the locked thread in PB as you linked it in the body as a hidden link, where a Rioter has mentioned that the rengar was trolling. So what are you specifically asking for?
The answer is yes, it is allowed.
However, there are more cases of that being used to grief/troll as opposed to say ignite and ghost.
Is the patticular case you probably saw, there were more variables that while alone probably wouldn't have triggered anything; happened to do so all together.
It contributed to Riot's interpretation that the player in question was trolling. On its own, it isn't against the rules.
dance mid was typed after his jungler locked in Soraka and did not take smite.
Its gone back and forth enough and gotten enough visibility that the people who matter recognize this was a giant fk up.
Riot fan-boys will continue being mindless and froth-mouthed. Those people destroyed their credibility with several well known past cases.
_If NA Support realizes they can't use champion selection and summoner spell selection in any way as a criteria for punishment, than we have arrived at a better place. _

This is one of those "oh I'm terrified of false positive on the incredibly overtuned system."
What if I happen to innocently do all the things at once? What, you just happen to take ghost and cleanse, just happen to take some one else pick, just happen to say dance mid, and just happen to run it down a lane?
Are you trolling? No. Then you have the same chance of triggering the system as being struck by lightning. Stop making things harder on developers by being paranoid.
100% sure riots system kinda marked you for a manual review when you took ghost cleanse. and due to that last wrong ban they fixed that so now its allowed.
The people using champ/spell selection as a basis to judge another player, with the severe consequence of them losing their account, are creating a secret sub-set of rules.
Its not worth catching one troll to do this.
Selecting a champion and summoner spell IN ANY CONTEXT is an allowable action and shouldn't even be referenced when handing out a punishment.
Trying to use these things, considering them, is a waste of time and will/has hurt innocent people.
Riot Response: 'You went into Champ Select as Top pick and after ban phase decided to take your Jungler's hovered pick and IMMEDIATELY switch to Ghost/Cleanse. Not only this, you don't type at all during this time to your teammates and then type "dance mid"'
and again, 'dance mid' was said after the actual troll of the game, the jungler, chose soraka and did not take smite
Specifically, it is not considered intentional feeding just for taking Disco. In fact, it's a combination that actually has merit on Singed and on PhaseRush Tahm Kench.
However, there's no denying that Disco is indeed symbolic of trolling in most cases, and trolling is reportable, provided you believe it can be confirmed as intentional.
Indirectly not allowed.
Taking ghost/cleanse in combination with a volume of false reports is enough for punishment.
'You went into Champ Select as Top pick and after ban phase decided to take your Jungler's hovered pick and IMMEDIATELY switch to Ghost/Cleanse. Not only this, you don't type at all during this time to your teammates and then type "dance mid"'
This is the Riot response.
dance mid is a meme, please spead it

It's allowed, but only if you don't troll a lot of games and then show no intention of winning that game either.
Oh, and don't forget to cry on the forums how unfair the ban was even though you know how deserved it was.
not we not do this again...please?
Are you gonna use Ghost + Cleanse against Umbrella Corporation Ada ?
