@Riot, when are you going to rework Cassiopeia?

This is a question to Riot's champion balancing team: do you have any plans of reworking Cassiopeia this season? Her mechanics are incredibly outdated and the latest incidents regarding people exploiting third party devices to gain unfair advantages should make it quite apparent that something needs to be done. Merely changing her kit and the way her abilities work would instantly solve any of those issues.
