What if we got an amount of Blue Essence for our S games?

So I love that Masteries 6 +7 are out, but I only really have one gripe, which by now I'm sure you all have heard about a thousand times, which is that a system designed to show your mastery of a particular champion requires a currency that's only acquired through RNG.

So I thought of a solution. What if, when you got those S-, S, and S+ games, you got an amount of blue essence based on that particular grade. Say, I dunno we low-ball it at 50,100,200 for each rank respectively, giving high rewards for the highest grades, and partial rewards for the lower tier of that same category. Give or take, this wouldn't replace or make disenchanting shards a less desirable way to get shards, but it would also mean that aside from getting the required Tokens of mastery for your champion's Mastery level, you'd also be getting a reward to help you towards finalizing it with the Blue Essence.

By controlling the scaling, you could determine how fast or slow you want champion mastery to be, even if you're getting absolutely shafted on the Hextech crafting RNG. Even better though, is that you could use other champions you like, say even ones you don't have Mastery 5 or are after higher masteries on to help get the currency portion of your crafting recipe. At the values I listed, it would also technically be more indicative of your mastery of a champion, as those who are more consistent at getting those S, S+ ratings will have access to their higher mastery chains faster, while those who maybe only eek out an S- every so often have to try harder. (Discounting RNG Shards ofc)

It also helps out a portion of players who could really use something like this, being players who may actually be interested in what the actual Champion Shards. When you guys introduced Hextech crafting you gave us all an amount of Cosmetic Essence in celebration, but no Blue Essence (If I recall). Players who don't have access to all the champions like a new player for instance could really get some use out of those essence, but to do so they have to disenchant something of the same variety, or get lucky in a chest opening. But by giving blue essence as a reward for good play, those players could focus on getting good with their characters, and speed up how quickly they could actually put one of those Champion Shards to use. Since you can get S grades on any champion even if you don't main them, (Albeit more difficult), they don't have to feel bad picking someone else from their current main since if they do well, they can still contribute points, and by heaving some of the burden of cost off of Ip for new players, they could potentially find runes more attractive to pick up early since you can get permanent champions even at the 6300ip tier potentially faster if RNG favors you to get their shard and you play well to fund that purchase.

Give or take we don't necessarily need to invalidate Ip more, but for new players, Ip is still a grinding experience, and between expensive champions, rune pages, and the runes required to play characters optimally, giving them a potential out is a fairly solid idea I think.
