Riot, maybe its time you bring back the tribunal.

the automated system isnt working very well and is catching the wrong people while alot of toxic people are finding ways to dodge the systems checks for when they get reported.

not to mention theres no way to really report toxic gameplay propperly.

so you can bringback the tribunal with replay files (like the ones lolking and such have) so the community can actually not be a toxic wasteland and lol could be know for a good community rather than being know as THE most toxic community in gaming.
