"GG easy" "gg ez" (as long as there is no ezreal in game) "gg ezmode" "gg too easy" "gg too ez" (see above)
Want to single out toxic players? Make that an offense worthy of a ban. It's an easy indication.

update: I mean I don't want to attack you personally, but I think that there needs to be a line between trash talk and toxic. I mean it's annoying yes, to have some ass tell you it was an easy win, but is it really "toxic" ?
I don't really think saying that once would ever be worth a ban, and it seems most people who report that are salty, especially when they haven't said anything toxic all game. I think Riot has better things to ban than that like trolling, complaining ALL game, etc.
The person who figures out how to remove douchebaggery from the Internet will become a millionaire overnight.
I report for Negative Attitude when someone says that (even on my own team). I think others should do the same. That would solve this problem.
PS, I know someone is going to be a smart alec and say "What if Ezreal is in the game?" Save us all the time and don't use that overused joke.

Please don't post this once a day. I'm pretty sure a Red will get upset and remove it, considering it spam.
It's not toxic, its just rude. Its poor sportsmanship. But its not toxic enough for a ban. There are a lot more toxic things in the community than someone saying a game was easy.
