Does anyone even buy Cull and why?
I just cant think of a reason to start with this item. Can someone explain why they would buy it?

The only time I buy it is in custom bot games to get money fast. Outside of being able to get the 3 hp per hit on turrets even I don't use it.
Trynd top or AD Nasus.
The reason Trynd is good is because he has good escape as well as sustain, therefor you can just farm and ignore the enemy laner. Nasus also gets benefits because he stacks his Q with last-hits, and since Cull only gives you gold if you kill the minion, you can easily gain stacks as well as extra gold with Cull.
Nasus would love the gold increase to buy his sheen sooner.
