Why is Janna the only elf in Valoran?

I picked up Janna while filling Support the other day, for the first time in over a year (I'm in love with her all over again, she's sooo good) but I don't think I ever stopped to think about how she has pointy elf ears, but no other human in Valoran does.

What's up with that?

Probably into body mods, being from Zaun and all. In the original lore Zaunite youth had some pretty strange fashion trends, like covering their faces in glitter :O

Ummm she's a spirit, her body isn't real just how she chooses to be seen.
