Is sions passive balanced?

His passive used to basically be his old ult, but slightly tweaked and without the whole having to die first and then quickly bleeding out afterwards part of the new kit. So i would say its balanced. Think of it this way, if sion dies first where his passive is going off in teamfights, why are you targeting the tank? If sion is last to die, he essentially fought a team fight without any passive skill bonus, and then you can easily kite his passive form when he's the only one.

I miss his old kit, he's still strong now, but in a different way.

He is usually always last, unless he is being a dick and tanks turret or something XD, He does a shit ton of damage for a tank, with a crap to of cc.... TBH hes like the ideal tank, Huge sustain, and crap tons of cc
