Is sions passive balanced?

His passive used to basically be his old ult, but slightly tweaked and without the whole having to die first and then quickly bleeding out afterwards part of the new kit. So i would say its balanced. Think of it this way, if sion dies first where his passive is going off in teamfights, why are you targeting the tank? If sion is last to die, he essentially fought a team fight without any passive skill bonus, and then you can easily kite his passive form when he's the only one.

I miss his old kit, he's still strong now, but in a different way.

Give him a strong cc when he is zombie rushing and get yourself out of his melee range, he normally dies during or right after the effect wears off.

And this is why you dont focus the tank, even if it seems impossible.
