What is up With Riot Support?

I keep seeing stories of people not using 3rd party software or of having their account hacked into. They get banned, don't get good responses, and the support refuses to help them. What's up with it?

Is there any Rioters or other peeps who can explain all the problems I keep hearing about?

they get auto responses... ( i send in a lot of report tickets ).. AND theyre all the same.. :/
