Are there any champions that you bought that you kind of wish you didn't?
Mine would probably be 
. I bought her mostly for the Order of the Lotus skin. Usually, when I pick up someone new, I can get a handle on them pretty quickly. Irelia, it never feels like I know what I'm doing. A lot of the time it just seems like I'm diving in and somehow managing to get kills.
Garen. On my old account I bought Garen, played a game with him didn't like him so I refunded him. I decided "I'll give him another shot" So I bought him again. Didn't like him so I refunded him. I thought "Garen is useful to have anyway" And rebought him. Guess what? I needed extra ip so I refunded him. True story ^
Unlike other useless champions, he's actually boring as hell to play. I got so tired of rolling him in ARAM that I actually wrote to Riot support so they could remove him from my account. Thank god they did.
I hate her, I love making people hate me, and I love going top lane with her. It's sad how little counterplay there is in blind.
Fiora as of about a month ago...
I played hundreds of games with her before that.
I bought Leona solely to praise the sun, but got bored with her after a single bot match.

If I hadn't bought him, I'd be playing Swain right now. I only bought him because I liked jovial he was.
back in season 2. She's probably the only champion I ever fully regretted purchasing. Just didn't suit my playstyle at all.
Even after she was reworked, I still haven't played her.
Nunu: I HATE his voice, kit and appearance. Shaco: I don't like to jungle and if I do, I prefer tank junglers. Shaco relies on early game domination and it doesn't work for me. Aatrox: He's so meh that it hurts. TF: He's such a pushover that just everyone can bully him in lane. Azir: I bought him because he looked cool and I thought I could play him. Then he got nerfed repeatedly.
I thought I liked him saved up, played him and found I am garbage at him. Refunded him and bought 
right after the price drop and have loved every bit of it.
I just don't like his kit at all. Too clunky and contrived.
No one really, as I am buying Champion at the moment to have everyone, soon tm.
For me, it's Katarina. For a "no-skill" champ, it sure seems hard not to feed with her. Probably my tank mindset not transferring well...
Also Kassadin and Riven for similar reasons (bought Kassadin back when he was broken)
Cassiopeia. AoE skillshots are fuckin impossible to land.
While I also sort of regret getting Riven, it wasn't necessarily that bad of a choice, and I really don't regret it enough to think "I wish I could refund this champion." I only really play Riven when I absolutely have to (some stupid team comp or ARAM) and that's simply because I feel like she doesn't do a whole lot of damage. I like heavy burst AD champions (but Rengar is really different for me), so that's why I play Yasuo and Zed :D

He was probably the most fun I had in this game till they changed his W and ruined AD Malphite. Now I just feel sad every time I try to play him. :'[
I would never regret buying any of them....then my collection wouldn't be complete...

He's kinda fun to play, but not worth my IP.
Fiddlesticks was one of my earlier champion purchases, definitely within the first 30. I hated him as soon as I got him (and that was when he was really strong). I saw these amazing playmaking Fiddles wrecking entire teams and I couldn't even manage to get a kill. Ever. I could probably change my name to Worst Fiddles NA.
I'd also say , but I didn't actually buy her. She was my free pool party champion.
I bought her because I wanted another mage mid (got her during the IP weekend stress test a while ago), but I just can't make her do much damage, and she's honestly just not that fun. Since then, I've gotten Azir and do a lot better, plus have a lot more fun. She's also just way too evil and creepy looking for me. I like playing champs who are "good" or who are evil but aren't totally creepy and like, evil evil. More like comic book / comedic evil. :P
Also, 
Got him because I wanted an ADC that was more than just right clicking people, but he's just not all that fun, and I can't stand his voice. His abilities are kind of boring and lackluster, and he clicks so much more than I'd really like to. Since then, I bought Lucian and I build Triforce (Cue Zelda music?) on him and annihilate things -- and have fun playing him, to boot!
