How do you win games with this? 8/43/17 (kda of a whopping 0000.58) combined score they had. I obviously know I have to "get guud" and "carry nuub", so I would love pointers as to how to do that with these kind of games :).
Some games are near impossible to win, be it because of trolls or people who are having a bad day. Just remember the law of large numbers. I'm sure you've faced opposing teams with players like that as well. As long as you are doing your part, improving and deserving of a higher placement, you will get there eventually.
There are just those games that you just can't win. Just get over with it and move on with your life.
You don't need 100% winrate to climb, you just need 50.
As a support main, I feel your pain. Jung/Supp are the hardest ones to carry from, imo.
One thing is to actually avoid the best laner (fizz in this case) and try to get the other ones rolling. At some point hopefully your team would have caught up to the enemy in farm or something.
Try to stick as a singular group and hope for the 4v5 as well.
Ward for your lanes. If you know they have a roaming mid, keep both death trap river bushs warded so that you know which lane he'll be roaming to. Or keep skuttle control.
Yes, sometimes you just have to wait for the enemy to make a mistake (cough coast baron calls cough)
You can also try carry style junglers. For example, Sej and Vi if they're up. The lesser banned Xin can make your team snowball early. Zac and Amumu are great for the tank meta that's up now, and I feel like their cc is a little easier to land, and affects more people on the enemies team.
Not saying cho isn't fantabulous. Just that he can't solo carry as hard as others.
And you know. The usual. Not all games are winnable. What I try and do is look at what could I have done differently and learn from my own mistakes. Because odds are, those people? I'm probably not playing with them again.
Stop forgetting to ban Fizz.
What helped me is to play more diverse champs and finding one that is espestialy good at carring or helps team carry. For me Evelyn is stupidly good at helping team carry. For gank and kill potential is godly. That lead to me win more games. Also what helps a lot is not being team reliant so being a jungler is more advantageous than playing an adc for adc need a good support to win lane and in bot lane you have to worry about counters. Mid lane is a bit more laid back but you worry about getting ganked for 9 out of 10 times your alone and very squishy and have little CC a 1v1 becomes a 1 v 2 very quickly.
