It only counts against them if they received a Legendary Skin (1820 RP); Dreadnova was an (according to the LoL Wiki) Imperial Skin (1350 RP), though those are some pretty good points concerning Jayce and Gnar.

I Think you should add Yorik and Galio since in a year they will not be new, also Tahm could get one

Just remember that we only see an ultimate Teir skin every second year so 2019 will be the next one I also think that max would be the one to get it because hes always been a favourite and is still waiting for a high Teir skin

Yeah. Don't hold me to it, but I think there was no ultimate skin that year because they were reskinning the map

Actually Sona's stuff got leaked near the end of that year but was then released in Feb of 2015 cause they just weren't quite ready for her. People actually thought Riot had scrapped it cause of the sudden silence after the leak and it not appearing till 2015.

Game came out 2009. There's that, plus 2010, 2011... so there's a few years before Ultimate skin became a thing.

2014 didn't have one cause Sona took some extra work to complete. So there is one nearly every year.

2012 (Ezreal), 2013 (Udyr), 2015 (Sona), 2016 (Lux) and thus there should be one in 2017.

and if they were going for a second year, it'd be 2018 not 2019 ;)

They seem to favor old champs who's kits have agreed pretty well at the time of creation. They don't have legendaries either, with that in mind, we have
