I Think you should add Yorik and Galio since in a year they will not be new, also Tahm could get one
Just remember that we only see an ultimate Teir skin every second year so 2019 will be the next one I also think that max would be the one to get it because hes always been a favourite and is still waiting for a high Teir skin
Yorick is getting an Arcade Skin at least that is what the leak said.
