Would you want an option to disable being spectated?
Basically someone can't right click your name and select 'Spectate Game' if you didn't want people to spectate you.

Play custom games and don't allow spectators.
only when i'm playing zed im trying to learn him, but the bruisers make my zed into some cringeworthy stuff
