I don't think there should be a time ban the first time you dodge.
I know 5 minutes is not a long time but I don't think you should be punished if you dodge because two dumb- A$$' want duo mid or something.

There would be a plethora of people dodging if that were the case. How about, if you dodge you will lose 3 points but don't have to wait for the first time? Or the oppisite, you don't lose 3 points but you still have to wait 5 minutes.
