I don't think there should be a time ban the first time you dodge.

I know 5 minutes is not a long time but I don't think you should be punished if you dodge because two dumb- A$$' want duo mid or something.

There would be a plethora of people dodging if that were the case. How about, if you dodge you will lose 3 points but don't have to wait for the first time? Or the oppisite, you don't lose 3 points but you still have to wait 5 minutes.

IDK I just find it frustrating when I get a five minute ban when im just trying to make the game enjoyable for myself and the rest of my team mates.

I like your mentality that your trying to make it better for your teammates, 3 points is not a whole lot, and 5 minutes can easily pass. Usually I read the Yahoo articles and sometimes it passes by like 15 minutes. :0
