as a "mostly "reformed player who has already gotten a ban. i've been getting reported for verbal abuse/negative attitude for some of the most petty crap ever. like telling a shen player to shut the hell up. after he told my duo partner to get cancer and die. "who by the way was in tears over skype because he recently lost a relative to cancer" or politely asking a team to surrender and getting reported for negative attitude simply for asking. granted i know these things are technically reportable. however there is a certain amount of pessimism or anger that should be considered ""normal" " and not toxic in my opinion. if someone isn't being outright belligerent. or actively being offensive, or trolling. they shouldn't be able to be reported. granted these reports probably won't get someone punished. but if they have a legitimate toxic game. even ifthe player isn't normally toxic.t it adds volume to legitimate reports it red flags them and especially if someone already has gotten chat restricted/banned it takes less of them to actually get someone in trouble. im not sure what. but something needs to be done about this. it makes no sense to punish a thief the same as a serial murderer

What? You obviously know you're crossing the line, so why keep trying to justify it? Just stop doing it. You're even bringing up your friend's relative's death to do so, and that is low.

It's not precisely that "it's easier to get punished if you were already punished before", but that your prior reports don't disappear after you finish your restriction/ban. The only way to make that into a low percentage is to keep playing games without getting reported (for example: 10 reports in 10 games is 100%, playing 10 more with no reports makes it 50%).

Also, you aren't getting punished so harshly as to compare it to a murderer. You get lots of chances to reform, even before you're punished the first time. You're still here, aren't you?

I don't know why people make comparisons like this. Beside the fact that it is not nearly the same thing: If a person gets caught steeling enough times then they could spend as much time in Jail as a killer. Just saying.
