As long as it isn't about the individual employees themselves. Because my god, those people are some of the nicest and most enjoyable people to play with. Just finished a game with Riot Terra and had a wonderful experience. Learned they work with engineering on featured game modes and that their favorite mode is black market brawlers. Through most of the game made some jokes back and forth in all chat, gotta love these employees! Hell, even Gypsylord and Riot Phrost V are fun to talk to from my own experience.

So you all can talk trash about the decisions at riot or game aspects, but the individual workers that make this all possible work their asses off, still spend time playing the game without a single drop of toxicity, only showing kindness and humor, and are wonderful people overall.

Thats probably why I usually just downvote and move on when i see stuff like "DYNAMIC QUEUE IS FUCKING GARBAGE RIOT DO SOMETHING YOU IDIOTS" whereas if I see an actually well constructed thread with good points as to why DQ is good or bad (or anything else for that matter) I'm much more likely to read it.

I am one of the harshest judges of the game's direction/ESPECIALLY in Player & Behavior moderation, but if there's one thing I can tell you guys. Is that I respect each and every worker at Riot. It's their job, I don't know them personally, they are doing their job. Most of them don't make executive decisions and even if they did. At the end of the day, they are hard working people working on a game. Put some respekt on it

Until you realize that half of the people you played with acted nice so they didnt get banned, but in reality are toxic af and the employees make up like .00005% of the playerbase and the rest is 20% positive, 25% afkers, 5% actual understandable disconnects, and 50% toxic. The game is trash dude, please just start realizing it already, I cud care less about new game modes when all it does with the mode is make it unbearably crappy cuz the balance team doesn't know whats going on in their own game.

Some of them don't work on choice making, they play and give feedback about general playerbase. If I talk shit about an employee (Let's say CertainlyT) I'm talking about him as a designer for things like champs, not personality. Same with how someone else working there could be the hugest jerk but make balanced champs.

I sometimes come off like i blame them personally. As a person I have nothing against them. As workers I find them to be complete imbeciles when it comes to balancing and updating champions. They dont listen to player feedback at all, dont rectify mistakes with horrible champion updates, spend way too much time and effort on the same champions every single year, and take forever. It shouldn't take you two to three years to update Karma and Morde when you have acknowledged you missed the mark with their updates and identity. Shen is now part of the Karma and Morde club.

As people I do not hate them. As a producer of a product I think they miss the mark a lot.

To all the people saying "of course they're nice it's their job." No, it's not their job to be nice. Some people are nice simply because they're nice people. I work in customer service and whenever I try to save somebody money or tell them to have a nice day, it's not because I'll get fired if I don't. My boss couldn't give two shits about how nice I am as long as I'm not rude. It's because I enjoy being nice and treating people how I want to be treated, which is mentally exhausting when people constantly treat you like a bag of shit.

Riot can be a shitty company. A really shitty company. But the employees that make up that company work their asses off and despite all the negativity they have to sift through, they're still really nice and respectful people. Not because they have to be, but because they are.

Yah whenever I refer to Riot in a post I'm always talking about the people who make all the bad decisions. All the Riot employees I talk to are super nice. Riot kateykhaos (butchered it probably) seems like an insanly nice human being.
