cool story bruh!! Sure i dont deserve to win any ranked rewards because i got in fight with trolls in my games that i was forced to have because we dont have vote kick system in champ select!!

Yeah ok next time that someone goes 0/15 and trolling i would tell him thank you in order me to not get banned!! because this guy wouldnt get banned simple by typing in the chat "i have a bad game" and boom the system now forgive him!!

Plus my last ban end at 8 of september and it was 14 days for some weird reason when it was just argument over a game....i even have the chat logs...but what ever i know i am the one who get banned but the feeders/trollers no!

Because according to you a person who is "toxic" to ONE person is doing more damage to a game than a person who destroy the whole game for 9 people!!

WHAT EVER DUDE!!! No wonder why you try to justify dunkey ban without any evidence because it show us the true!! A feeder go in and feed again and again and the person who finally have enough and breaks gets banned!!

But that the mentality of your brain because lets be honest i am pretty sure you and all your supporters are the beta humans who cant accept when someone telling them that they are DOING STUPID things!!! if you think that ANYWHERE someone doing something stupid and the other person says "good job" then you must have some terrible high school years in order to have this dream....

Now i know you gonna ban me because i am telling you the truth and the truth about your system but what ever ether way i am not gonna win anything. What if i win games with trolls in my team what if i win games with feeders in my team and i reach diamond i was mean to one feeder troll so according to your brain i deserve to win nothing......but the trolls and feeders get out free because "they were having a bad game" yeah i can type that on chat too trying to build normal build and going turret diving the enemy champion and saying "so close dammit" and having score 0/25/1 and destroy games and never get banned that way but if someone tell me to "gtfo from the game go f!cking unistal you feeder" he will get banned right? nice logic lyte nice one!!

Trust me with that "flawless" logic the game would end up with trolls and feeders and people TOO afraid to talk and just accept their lost and do nothing because if they talk they will get banned and the trolls no!

Keep doing good work you sure as hell destroy the toxic behavior from this game....

But let me give you a hint i am here before tribunal was even a thing and let me tell you something in 1000 games you would find one troll...or one toxic person! When the tribunal came out in one season the game just become a $hit hole!! Why? because you enter a game the smallest thing happen and someone start threating other with report!!

So you pretty much CREATE a bullying system! but that system dosent punish the trolls it punish the innocent players! i dont talk about that few persons who go like "i am gonna find you and kill you n!gga bla bla" i am talking about the person who have enough with trolls and breaks!

So as a person who play the game from before ranked before tribunal etc i have to say that you and the report system bring toxicity to this game!! and if you dont believe go run some numbers and compare!!

  1. You weren't forced to fight with a troll. You chose to. That's what the troll was looking for and you gave it to them.
  2. The system looks at multiple criteria, not just the chat, to see if someone's intentionally feeding.
  3. The automated feeder detection and punishment system is suppose to go live sometime this patch. If they don't change their ways, they'll get banned soon enough.
  4. Dunkey provided the evidence that his ban was accurate himself. Besides, Dunkey wasn't banned for the game Malphite was in.
  5. It's fine to tell people they're doing stupid things, you just have to word it right. (see this post? it's me telling you you're doing stupid things.)
  6. Getting to Gold and being a semi-decent human being is enough to get you the rewards, regardless of any feeders or trolls you encountered along the way.

Own up to your actions. If you got a chat restriction and worked it off before the end of the season you're fine. If you got banned it's because you're way over the top and need to change. Meeting only half the requirements for ranked rewards doesn't do you any good, regardless of which half it is.

Anyway like i say you people are beta humans...you think that someone would tell you "Good job man keep doing awful things" keep living with this mentality and then say "man my boss in my job is mean to me" or "man the girls always friendzone me"

It only looks at chat if someone is being toxic. with the feeder, they have stated that a new system for it would be in this patch or next (im not too sure which it was) You cant avoid being ban while also being toxic/feeding/breaking the rules. the system will catch up to you sooner or later. Dunkey showed us one game where the malph wasnt doing too well, as well as every one else in their game (dunkey included) he didnt show us someone who was intentionally feeding. its hard to prove something like that because despite what you think all of us has bad games. We will get outplayed, outclassed in a match. That shouldnt warrant a ban unless you continue to do it in all your games.

Just gotta love people who think they can say what ever the want to say and have no repercussion for their actions. Follow the rules how hard is that to do? No one is telling you to be nice to trolls, just dont communicate with them. Do not acknowledge them. Thats the whole reason why people troll. They want to get you mad so you get in trouble. They know how the systems works currently and will take advantage of that. Telling to die, or wishing that they would be killed is never right no matter what side of the situation you are on. Just dont listen to them. Hence why we have a mute button. Use it and after the game report them. More often than not they ill punished and as long as you arent retaliating, or doing anything against the rules you wont get ban.

See, I would think "beta humans" would refer to people who can't get past caveman levels of critical thinking or civility. As a married man holding down a good job as a programmer at a software company, I don't think I'd consider myself second rate. Certainly not in this context.

Anyway, back to the topic at hand.

The system could easily (and probably does) look at your past games on the champion, evaluate damage dealt to champions, look at your average reaction time, look at chat history, summoner spells picked, evaluate what it thinks the MMR is of you and your opponent, evaluate your opponents typical behavior on said champion, look for emote usage, look at APM while dying, look at number of turret shots taken, compare your average time alive with other intentional feeders, look at where you had vision, etc. etc. etc. You can trick one detection(chat), but you have to trick a whole lot more to trick the entire system. If it was a simple matter of looking at chat, the system would have been out in the wild for a while now.

"Soon enough" means never

Oh please. We're two days into the patch the system will go live in and you're already claiming it won't work period? Give it a week or so and the boards will be flooded with the cries of intentional feeders trying to plea innocent and the cries of those who reported them and got instant feedback.

Dunkey was toxic almost every single game he played. He was going to get banned regardless of trolls, and indeed, did get banned regardless of trolls. The Malphite game was only one of many, you can see Dunkey behaving similarly in almost every one of his videos.

Who was innocently punished? I can think of maybe 2 cases where the system has punished the innocent, and the one that I remember clearly was when they player in question was belittling himself.

The system to punish the person who can't talk in a civilized way to those around them is far easier to code than the one to detect intentional feeding. Naturally, it was released first. But lets be honest, you don't care about the intentional feeder getting punished with the system that's being rolled out this patch, you care that you can't say anything you want in life and get away with it. Sorry, that's life, grow up and move on.

So its Riot fault that you cant be a decent human being and just report them after the game? It has already been established that retaliation no matter how right you think you are is not tolerated. Is it ok that people troll in your game? No, but that doesnt give you the right to be toxic towards them. Common sense would have told you to just let it be and report them after the game. If it means a couple loses so be it. if you are as good as you say you are they really shouldnt matter since youll eventually rank up and not have to deal with people like that. But you felt the need to break the rules and now you are getting punished for that. No one is to blame but you and you alone!

Now the troller destroy the game for 9 people because he destroy the whole game and we dont have any shield against him like everyone else have against the toxic person AKA MUTE

Now lets do the math!

In order to do the same damage the the one person did in one game i would need to be toxic in 9 games in the row!

that makes zero sense! Who is saying that someone trolling shouldnt be ban? Everyone who breaks the rules should be ban. Whether its hacking, exploiting game glitches/bugs, being toxic towards another person, or someone trolling. its just easier to find someone who is harassing someone in chat, than someone who may or may not be feeding in all their games. You make it seem like Riot or who ever is looking at banning people can read minds and thinks "ok this person got 10 deaths in one game" he needs to be permaban. it doesnt work like that!
