"reported" pop-up warning

Take away the "your behavior" bs and just make it "someone reported you". Simple as that. Then you won't have the people on the boards saying, "i got reported for no reason and now I think I'm going to get punished". Also, if you send a report that is dumb, you should get a "you reported this person for no reason. your reports aren't worth anything anymore" message.
