I think it gives you mostly skins for champs with highest mastery points, I got skins for Sion (no1 mastery), Jax (no2 mastery), Ezreal (no3 mastery), Orianna (no5 mastery), Skarner (no6 mastery) and Morgana (really low mastery, but I mained her actually :D). Anyway I got some wonderful skins, RITO is the best :)

PS - happy birthday, mine was 2 days ago :D

Cool and interesting. Twitch is by far my highest mastery points (my only level 7 and at least 100k mastery points above my next highest). Kalista and Lucian are both decently high mastery points, both are level 5, but I haven't played either in a while (except tonight; I played Lucian earlier tonight). Miss Fortune I have a pretty high play rate on recently, and the other 2 skins were Sion and Hecarim, who I play a decent amount as my secondaries in the jungle, but I haven't played either in a while either and I don't have Sion at level 5 yet. However, all 6 of those guys are in my favorites, and I play all 6 a decent amount, especially in ranked, so it's understandable that Riot would focus on giving discounts for skins on your most played champs rather than completely random. That way, more people buy RP for the skins = more money for Riot. Smart business move. Well played, Riot, well played.

And while Twitch is my main, I hate all of his skins, so I didn't buy the Twitch one lol :3 but I did buy the other 3. I also bought Grim Reaper Karthus and a couple of Chromas (I got 3500 RP for my birthday today).

I like Whistler Village Twitch, but I feel its more because its extremely rare (well it used to be before hextech) so it kind of feels cool when I see it, and yeah I like Mafia skins because of the guns. Did you by any chance get Reaper Hecarim, I wanted that skin for so long? Anyway, you dont need the skin, Twitch got THE BUFF today, Spray and pray is back baby!! :D

I seriously refuse to buy any skins for my main until Riot makes any that look like they aren't completely half-assed. Medieval Twitch looks good, but it's the only one and it's literally impossible to get because Riot removed the only way of getting it (referrals).

my shop thing?

If you log in and look at the little panel where the shop, crafting, and summoner profile are, you'll find an extra button: the Halloween My Shop. These come out at different events, including Lunar Revel, Snowdown, and, of course, the Harrowing. They give random discounts on 6 different random skins.
