I think it gives you mostly skins for champs with highest mastery points, I got skins for Sion (no1 mastery), Jax (no2 mastery), Ezreal (no3 mastery), Orianna (no5 mastery), Skarner (no6 mastery) and Morgana (really low mastery, but I mained her actually :D). Anyway I got some wonderful skins, RITO is the best :)
