That 9 times out of 10 if you see them on your team in ranked they feed because they have no clue what they are doing because the champion is really only good in the hands of a high elo player...

no, but I do see Ryze mashing EQ to take fat chunks off my health bar because "DPS mage" is "low-cooldown nuker" in season 6
