Why Nasus VU when there's far worse models out there like Taric, Evelynn or Alistar?

I'm wondering how champion VUs are determined. Ostensibly, it isn't because some look worse than the rest, considering that Taric, Evelynn, Alistar and others look far worse than Nasus. Don't get me wrong: Nasus VU looks killer, and I'm very excited to see it; it's just odd, though, that you guys would choose to do a VU from a champion that doesn't look that bad.

The reason for nasus is because there's likely a Shurima event coming up soon and so the timeline works out. They don't do 1 VU at a time, they have several going and release them when it's done or they prioritize when there's an event like sejuani and trundle for the Freljord event.

It has to do with who is a high risk and a lot of work; They probably deemed Nasus to be a low risk in terms of visual design and theme: both of these are strong points of Nasus that just needed some polish.

In the case of those you mentioned, Riot is most likely working on them, but they may be weak in theme or in need of a visual design that supports the theme or may even need some kit tweaks for some QoL; this makes it take a little more time and effort, as it's not just a quick update like in the case of Nasus.

Regardless of the reason, I'm excited for the Nasus VU and the others I'm pretty sure are on the way. :)
