Considering every single game has a winner and a loser, your title is objectivley false.
I really feel like they should have Ranked and Normal MMR be the same... Specifically make your Normal MMR the same as your ranked. What harm would this cause aside from preventing stuff like this from happening? For a solid month when I first started my climb, I was given the rank Bronze 5 despite winning 8 out of 10 of my games and carrying most of them. So in ranked, I was playing against teams that were ridiculously easy to destroy but I'd jump into a normal game and get pitted against low Golds, sometimes even high gold to low plat. There was that much of a discrepancy between my normal MMR and my Ranked MMR and it was baffling and ridiculous. I shouldn't have to be try harding in my norms just to win and I shouldn't just get to jerk off and fuck around in my ranked. Combine the fucking MMR already. :/
