For me it was some time at the beginning of last season. I miss the game being able to last so long. The tension it brought, the anxiety of knowing that one more death could end it all. I hate how rare it is to see a game last over 50 minutes. Hell, it's getting rare that my games last 45 minutes.
what makes you think I want games to last that long again
About 9 days ago I had a 49-minute game as Warwick and a 50-minute game as Singed. That was fun.
I generally hover around 30 minutes now though.
I've had a couple high 40s minute games in the past 2 weeks, but nothing over 50. Most of my games are about 30-35 and I love it. I hate those super long games that is just a stand off
I haven't had a long match in a while. Iv'e had ARAM matches longer than most summoner matches.
But that's partly due to the "i must die over and over" mentality that everyone has where they go 0/9 in the first 10 minutes of the game and wonder why everything collapses instantly.
Nothing better than bot lane coming mid lane in the first 10 minutes to collapse on my lane before i ever got a chance to even base once and buy an item lmao.
I miss the long COUNTER- PLAYABLE matches. Hell, i just miss counterplay in general as there is basically none now. Everyone 2 shots everyone. Supports 2 shot, tanks 2 shot, assassins 2 shot, mages 2 shot.
3.5% of games reach the 50 minute mark
Happens all the time in Bronze. It's really fun because no one knows how to finish.
I hit 80 minutes recently, it was soooo much fun, yay being bronze 4 XD
