Why do people keep trying to say it's an Assassin meta and Assassins are overpowered

Like i don't get it at all, most of them got greatly extended burst windows and honestly unreliable damage shoved in their kits.

I was reading the Red posts on Surrender@20 and one of them was meddler responding to this

Are you looking at tanks at all right now? With assassins being strong and adcs being weak, the last option of the rock/paper/scissors match is pretty strong.

I was completely confused why anyone would say ADCs are weak right now when they are top 2 roles in the game right now and then on top of that ask for tank buffs?
